Could someone sue a school for discrimination for not letting them attend because they have mental health issues that cause problems that they may or may not act on when other people may or may not but more than likely have the same issues but are still allowed to attend school regardless? Can a person sue for discrimination in the us, Arkansas

Can someone sue a school for discrimination under the circumstances you briefly touch on? Possibly. More facts would be needed.

You know, Lumaster, you have started a couple of other threads tonight and all of your threads seem to be related to the same school issue. Do you think you could pick one of your threads and keep all of your questions to that single thread? This can help the forum members help you better. Thanks.
