What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Michigan. Incident occurred in DC

Identified self as handicapped passenger (Legally Disabled) in need of a wheelchair. ( i can walk up 2 or 3 steps at most)
Upon arriving in DC to change planes, I was:
transported to/in wheelchair to bus
bus to basement of airport
left there for 1.5 hours
no bathroom, food, or help.
ALL WHEELCHAIR BOUND PASSENGERS WERE INPRISONED in this area.
Non wheelchair passengers were free to go to restrooms, refreshments etc.
I want to sue the airline under the ADA.

No, the wheels were chained or removed (depending on the model of the wheelchair.) How else could they have been held against their will?

**A: hahaha, too funny. Airpost prisoners with no access to the crappy rip off concession food, no help, no bathrooms**************.....Sounds like a third world country. And in a DC airport to boot. Were they TSA prisoners under the new Give Me A Homeland Security Act?

What's amazing is that none of this has been reported anywhere. You'd think one of these people would have spoken with the media...
