| Why? Nothing in your post comes close to suggesting you have a case. If you have a judgment against someone, that gives you the right to use methods specified by law to collect the money. The courts nor the credit reporting agencies will do the collecting for you. Perhaps if you just talk to an attorney, this will cost under $100, you can find out what options are available to you and he can point you in the right direction. Right now you just appear to be a raving maniac, no one will help anyone like that.

| | | GaAtty If you live in the Atlanta metro area, you can go to Atlanta Legal Aid for free legal help. If you live outside the Atlanta metro area, you can go to one of the Georgia Legal Services offices that are throughout Georgia for free legal assistance. They should be able to assist you with collecting on your judgments. Otherwise, you can contact an attorney who does collections or other civil litigation and see if they are interested in collecting the judgement. Usually in such a situation the attorney will be paid by taking a per cent of what they collect. You will not get as much money, but you will get more than you have now, which is nothing. | |
