A fight for Justice

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
It began in August 2006 in Montague Co. In the city of Bowie. I was in my home and without notice 4 city police officers came in my home with guns drawn. Pointing at me they ordered me to get on the ground outside and yes I had a weapon on my person but unloaded with nothing in the chamber. I legally was able to have my weapon. As they demanded me to get on the ground they fondled me and took my weapon. There was no arrest no ticket written. These officers already knew who I was and was as I believe harrassing me. After they checked my weapon and found I was legal and had no felonies and a clean background I had asked why they were doing this to me and the response was Cause we can. I did not give them a hard time and I complied to the harrassment. After the report came back clean they still did not let me up from the ground. I layed there on my stomach as they grouped around me and smiling. I asked if I could get up and they just shook their heads as a yes. When I was on my feet I asked if I could have my weapon back and the response was.."When WE feel your ready."
It took me 2 years to retrieve my weapon and I went to the DA in Montague Co. reported my situation and as of now I have an investigation but nothing seems to be happening. Montague County Sheriff's dept in currently under investigation by the Texas Rangers. I also have other information pertaining to the Law in this county as well as Wise County. My life for the past 5 years have been hell. My husband and I have been harrassed, man-handled, threathened, beat up and everything that we have owned has been taken, stolen, had to sell and now its more than I want to deal with alone.
I can say that with the information that I have in black and white and all the legal documents (bonds, fines) I feel that the Law in these 2 counties need to know that what they have been doing to not just my husband and I but others is not legal. I can give more records of what is happening in these counties but It would take alot of this forms time.
Please is there anyone out there who believes that the Law can't do whatever they want and help us?

You have waited too long to do any lawsuit. Your statute of limitations was probably 2 years on the illegal arrest and seizure. Next time act sooner. "If you sit on your rights, you lose them."
