free lance photographer denighed access

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX the local high school is giving me a run around becouse i dont get along with the athletic director , i am seeking sideline access to shoot pictures for the local paper is this discrimanation ?

They don't have to let you take the pics there. I suggest you make nice with the athletic director.

(Yes, it's discrimination. Yes, it's legal)
