the court could not find it. a male police officer took my wife out of the shower naked . the police pointed weapons at my children all under age, took my kids to cps for six months drug tested us for 7 months. we never tested dirty , never missed a test. sent us to evaluate us at a phycologist to see if we where drug addicts, made us take drug class. the out come was that we where not drug users so they gave us our kids back. the police report is all corrupt . one of the lawyers asked to be removed cause he said what they are doing is illegal and he wanted it to go on the record , he was against the way they where proceeding.

Why would they send you to a specialist in algae to evaluate you?

Civil right lawyers are not the easiest to find in some areas. Look in the phone book and/or internet. Also look for news reports in your area that involved a civil right lawsuit and find out who the attorney is.
I had the same problem. Only one firm in my area which is all tied up with some major cases over the last couple years.

Since this involves cops, children services and someone making a call to children services in bad faith and possibly malicious intent you can look up on the internet for organizations that can help with Children service abuse.
Just one word of advice it is very rare that people who use false reports to harm people this way are brought up on criminal charges as they feel that it will keep people from reporting actual abuse.

Really? An officer at the scene ADMITTED that the arrest warrant was for your son yet he arrested you anyway? That's what you are saying happened?

Actually, all they might do is expunge the arrest. The underlying criminal offenses that led to the issuance of the warrant were not going to go away because they arrested the wrong person, they would simply be applied to the correct person.

Now I am confused. Was this an ARREST warrant? Or, a SEARCH warrant? If an arrest warrant, why did they open a safe? If a search warrant, why were you arrested? And, on a search warrant, your name would generally not be on the warrant itself, so the name would be irrelevant.

Well, THAT's crap. Why? Because a "sealed" warrant is one in which the affidavit and supporting documents are sealed by the court and generally held BY the court, not by the officer. There is not simply one copy that the detective would get to carry around with themselves.

Sometimes that happens when we are serving search warrants or clearing a residence.

If your children were held by CPS for 6 months, then CPS was apparently able to show cause to a court that the children were at risk. As for the weapons bing directed towards children, unfortunately, that sometimes happens as well ... it's the training.

It sounds as if there was SOME grounds to believe that you were somehow involved in drug use or sales.

One of YOUR lawyers wanted to be removed??? I'm not sure that he'd ask to be excused because the police were "corrupt."

If there was truly malfeasance, you will have attorneys knocking at your door to take the case. However, if no one will touch it or they want $30,000 or so up front, then it's a marginal case at best.

Contat your county's Bar Association for a referral. It's quite easy.

Since this involves cops, children services and someone making a call to children services in bad faith and possibly malicious intent you can look up on the internet for organizations that can help with Children service abuse.
