Monopoly?

NEVADA
my city has a mandated trash removal company, I cannot choose anyone else and I cannot cancel this company, is that not unconstitutional, where is my freedom of choice? Obviously this is not a free service so I (and everyone else in the city) has to pay.

Please cite the section of the Constitution that provides you with "freedom of choice."
