No Bond Violation: ICE Homeland Security will not return my Immigration Bond

On October 20, 2006 I paid with a Wells Fargo Cashiers Check a Bond of
$ 2,500 to Homeland Security

Thereafter I had 3 Court Hearing, and showed up to all of my hearings!

On January 30, 2007 the Homeland Security Office send a letter to the
Immigration Court to wishes to dismiss the charges,
and on February 01, 2007 the Court dismissed all charges against me,
and they told me, I will get my GreenCard

on February 14, 2007 I had received a certified letter by ICE
to show up for an Interview,

I Showed up and got arrested on February 15, 2007
and deported back to Germany in April of 2007

I did not commit any crime, nor violated any court order,
nor missed an appointment for a court day

I wrote several letters to Homeland Security, requesting my
Bond Money of $ 2,500 back, but never got
an answer though...

The last letter, I wrote them was with "Einschreiben" (certified Mail),
and that letter came back as
"REFUSED / BACK TO SENDER"

What can I do, to get my Bond Money back???

BTW:
I have proof of all of that, and kept Photocopies
(Correspondence, Copy of the cashiers check, Immigration Court Order ect ect ect.)

Somebody told me, to go to ICE, but I'am scared, because
I was arrested by them in February 2007 for no reason
