Is it legal to kick a pregnant woman out of a bar, even if she is not drinking alcoholic beverages. I was told the owner can kick out anybody that can endanger their licence to serve alcohol. Ex. if she was bumped and had miscarriage could sue for crowd control ect... is this discrimination? Or can she be kicked out for reasoning only of fear for what could happen by the owner? the owner said it is the same as kicking out someone that is too intoxicated or choosing to not over serve someone. Is this true? What is the name of your state?

Face it,. the Prego girl got kicked out of a bar.

She shouldn't have been in a bar in the first place.

she just wants to hang out with her friends in the bar. It's not a friday or sat night where there are drunken slobs around every corner, we're talking weekday evenings, it's not rowdy, and it's smoke free, she still works and does all her normal routine, not looking to sue anyone, not looking for drama, just wants to be in the establishment with her friends, this is really legal to tell her to leave solely because she is pregnant?

please do not respond if you have only smart a** remarks.. looking for helpful information thank you to the person/people that can provide that in advance.

Yes you can be asked to leave a bar. Yes you can be removed from a bar because you are pregnant. Yes it may be discrimination but it is NOT illegal discrimination.
