A Catholic-based rehab program in St. Augustine, Florida discriminates based upon sexual orientation. The group does not allow gay people to join; and after orientation, a person in an interview is asked whether or not he is gay. Based upon this information, do you believe any laws are violated by the group?

(A call the group a "rehab program", but proper categorization and labeling for it is slightly difficult. The group consists of a network of communes which are intended to help people - mostly addicts, though not all members are addicts - recover and develop positively.)
