Religious Discrimination against Muslim faith

I'm in Massachusettes, but am unsure as to where the perpetrator is.

Basically, there is a video posted with a good deal of hateful speech to gay people and Muslims, and at the end, the man in the video along with an accomplice burned a Muslim prayer rag. When told to take it down and apologize by others, he mocked them and began name calling.

I told him that I had half the mind to bring him up on religious discrimination charges, but he simply waved it off and said "Threats from an ignorant woman that should be home doing the dishes-wow! At least you ADMIT you are stupid. Are you blond by chance?"

I do not wish to sue him for monetary gain, I only wish to make him take responsibility for his actions.

People can post hateful things on the web. There is no crime or civil tort here from what you have written. You do not have a right to be free from offensive material, and the First Amendment ostensibly guarantees that the person has the right to post it.

If you do not appreciate the material posted at the web site, do not visit it.

Smart people do not get into arguments with people on the internets. At least not to the point where they take it personally. People can say any hateful things they'd like to say and the anonymous internet is the perfect venue for them to hide behind. Don't give them the satisfaction of knowing they pissed you off. Don't visit the page or pay them any attention whatsoever.
