Returm of property

Montgomery County, PA - A friend let me store some personnel things in his home, we have since stop seeing each other socially (never lived together). He said I could get my things, but every time I go there, he won't let me in. If I go to civial court - what am I filing for and do I need to give the courts a list and value of these things. I have most of my receipts, but want to act fast before he destroys things.

Yes, you will sue for the return of your items. Provide a list and the actual cash value (depreciated).
