What is the name of your state? NJ
I made a report to a state agency tht said "all information will be held in confidence". Now that the matter has been handed to the Prosecutor's Office, a police officer that is investigating the case says my report has been made public and will be revealed to the possible defendent. Isn't that a violation of my civil rights? Please help
