Insurance

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

A friend and I are thinking about starting a physical therapy practice and leasing a facility in an established medical building. What sort of insurance will we need? Thank you for your help.

At a minimum: general laibility, property and professional liability overage. You may also need Workers Compensation (depending on the laws in CA) and auto coverage.
