Insurance Law

What is the name of your state? Louisiana

I want to know what is the statue of Limitiations on a license suspenson in the state of Louisiana for a producer? I had a suspension over 18 years ago and it's still on my record and being used aganist me.
please advise.

Have you asked the La. Dept. of Ins. what is necessary to get info off your record?
