Landlord On Business Policy

What is the name of your state? NY. My business recently burned down. The landlord of my building is also on my liability insurance policy. Is he entitled to any of the Insurance money I receive? He also has his own policy to cover the building through another company.

Why did the building burn down? Did YOU cause it to burn down? Your LL should only be listed on your policy as the additional interest.

No. The Investigators said it started in the wiring original to the building.
