Muhammd Ikram Khan

Dear Sir,
In this matter a consignment was covered ( All Risks) under cargo insurance clause.
Out of 7 bales 1 bale lost at the time of divanning the container at destination port.
Kindly let me know that, on what extent that insurer is liable to perform his contractual
obligations and also give opinion on the legal position of the insured in this regard.
