What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?florida

i have a wreckless op charge on my ohio drivers license which i have not changed over to florida yet. i have applied to multiple companies in my profession but their insurance won't cover me. i carry a cdl and wonder if i should downgrade to a chauffers license to become insurable?
