Can someone please answer this question?
From an insurance point of view if a management company own an office block or business centre and there tenant/customer who rents property from them doesn't have their electrical equiptment tested in compliance with electrical law within the work place and in result there is a fire affecting other tenants would the management company and their insurance be affected because they did not insist it was checked or would the sole responsiability fall on the company in question?
