Broadcast live web streams in "public" placesWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California I would like to know if it is legal to broadcast web cam streams inside of venues such as restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. Here is an example of a dance club that has web cams in their venue (http://www.justin.tv/dnalounge). Can one of their customers sue them, or the party that is broadcasting the feed?
