Can I do anything about this?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

Hello

So I'll explain what happened, I went to craigslist and posted an ad to look for a date, so I get a message from a girl and I started to talking to her. She convinced me to do a Age verify check, in the terms it said its a free trial and if I don't cancel I would get charged. I forgot to cancel and I did get charged. I did more research and I found out those messages where automated and it was via an affiliate company. Can I get any of them in any trouble? Who is responsible the affiliate or the company?

Thank You

Can I charge them for spamming? I mean are they allowed to have a bot that contacts ads?

How did they spam? YOU agreed to their terms of service, which included viewing their ads and receiving their emails. Learn to read the fine print. Chock this one up to experience, and let it go. You messed up, don't try and blame somebody else for it.
