computer law

Ohio state.My friend get lost lawsuit,but later has found out that there were cases of a of fraud of court the Plaintiiff's. Whether it can now reopen lawsuit and put it the counter claim? 2 years yet have not passed.

Have your friend talk to an attorney.

FA Crystal Ball says your friend has no case.
(Settle down folks...I don't have it, I just speak to it occasionally on the phone)
