Is this true for every state? Does this not violate
the Privacy Act as it relates to personal records?
There are quite a few people in our department
that do not want pictures posted, but we are not
going to be given a choice. We're not looking to
start legal trouble, we just have strong objections
to the pictures being posted. Is there any recourse?
