Have I done something illegal?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas
Background: I setup a facebook account using someone elses name so that I could post my personal pictures of them and myself together with the intention that if anyone searched their name that they would then see me with the person. There is nothing in the pictures except the person and myself holding hands as well as a few individual pictures (all pictures are my pictures in my posession)...nothing has been said or shown on the facebook website which is slanderous, demeaning, pornographic or negative in any way.

Question: Have I done anything illegal? If I have done something illegal then wouldn't all the other webpages on facebook with the same name also be illegal? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas

Nothing illegal and nothing will come of it unless the other person makes a fuss. Facebook may take the forged page down, though. Of course, if the person is famous you might be opening yourself up to increased civil liability. Big article in ComputerWorld last week about the WWE going after people making fake pages under their performers names.

The person I named the page for, was a woman I had a two year affair with...no one famous. In my depression after our breakup I just wanted some place to look at the pictures where I knew no one in my family would ever find them.
thank you for your advice...I guess I will sleep easier now. If facebook removes it that is fine with me.
