help

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida
A computer was bought for me under the condition that I pay the person back on the first of sept now the person who bought me the computer took it back from me considerably before the first the receipts and shipping order are all in my name and the computer is also registered with acer under my name is there anything I should do to get it back with out paying for it since I am not the one who broke the contract

is it a written/signed contract? and why did they take it back?
