Internet lawsIf you are going to be the legal owner of a site (paying for the hosting and domain) what legal actions can fall on you. Example It is illegal to gamble where you live, so you host a gambling site outside of your country where it is legal. Could you still be held responsible by where you live? |

| You're going to find it difficult to do a gambling site from the US even if it is hosted elsewhere. There are federal laws specifically designed to stymie you. Further, I think you're going to find it very difficult to get payments to/from any american customers.
