liable for posting true complaint on Internet?

What is the name of your state? Illinois
I am having a problem with a home inspection company. If I post the true story about what happened to me on a complaint web site or bulletin board, can the home inspection company sue me for posting it? I would be stating the facts about the problem and that I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

**A: yes, they could sue you.
Now may I ask that you post in the Real Estate Law forum specifically listing the problems that you have had with the inspection co.

there are many free complaint websites available where people share their stories about their personal consumer experiences, and there are plenty of complaint stories on these sites. does this mean everyone posting to these sites can be sued by the company they are complaining about? ok. I will be posting to the Real Estate Law forum.

HomeGuru -- I have contacted a real estate lawyer regarding my problem and have been advised not to post specifics about my situation. Thank you for the advice regarding Internet Law.
