MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game)

Hi, I live in Texas.

I'm playing this Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) and when I just start it, I am completely new to the game world.

This game is free to play, but they're selling virtual items for real money. So i'm starting to pay real cash for some virtual item through PayPal and every item have descriptions but short and tricky.

Well, the item that I paid for is a pet that can fight along side with me and its very expensive ( to me it is ).

I bought my first pet that can fight along side with me and it got killed by the monsters. So I went to purchase another one...another one..then another one. (its not cheap!)

Then i'm starting to curious that its rediculous to keep buying it, so the next day I ask people around and they told me that I do not have rebuy when it dies because there is a potion that can cure the pet for free. ( well, there is no description tellin me that)

I was surprised and when I found out its too late because I cannot return those pets. I was like its ok I can use them all at the same time then...but then it turns out that I cannot use them all at the same time and now i'm stuck with so many pets in my inventory that I paid for real money and cannot use or do anything with it at all. not even allow me to sell them.

I start go to their website and tried to contact them but I cannot find any contact information or even a ticket support system where I can submit my issue regarding on real money transaction. I just want to contact them and ask them to please just transfer those premium items to my friends or my other account so it can be usable since it cannot use it all on my current account. Most game operator they have some kind of support system but this game doesnt, so I tried many different way to contact them but no answers. I even go to their parent company and sent them several emails and then go to their public forum post up my issues but I get no replies or whatsoever from the support staff.

So i went into the game and ask several people and they told me that they will never answer or reply and people in game is playing for years and they know well. They advice me that the only way to get their attention is to do a chargeback. Well, I guess I have no other choice and I tried to do the chargeback on my PayPal account but I got denied and my money doesn't refund. However, I did get their attention that they're locking up my account untill 2107. 2107? I won't live by then...maybe if i could break the record the oldest person in the world

Now, I've spent alot of money on my game account and alot of real cash items on my account and they lock it up and won't allow me to play because of the chargeback. ( I dont mind them to lock up my account if they refund my money but I know that's not gonna happen because their policy saying no refund and I figured. I just want them to support on my case )

I've tried so many different ways to get in touch with them to resolve the issues but there is noway and the only way to get their attention is to do the chargeback.

Things getting kinda annoying and rediculous because this is serious business. They're a game operator, even the game is free to play but there is some real money transaction going on and there is no whatsoever contact information? i'm serious, not even an email address. but i know that they have office in California and I just can't find the number.

I'm thinking about getting a lawyer even if I have to pay million times more than I've spent on their Premium Items.

I need to hear some advice and is it possible for me the get a lawyer regarding on this case?

Thanks alot!

You're asking the wrong people if it's possible for you to get a lawyer. The people you should be asking are lawyers you potentially want to represent you. Sit down with several lawyers (most offer free consultations), and tell them your story, and see if any of them are willing to take your case.

You have no case. You chose to make multiple purchases. Also, you don't have a "right" to play there.

No, you don't. It's a privilege to play, not a right. The constitution does not provide any statements that say you must be able to have your way in this respect.
