Non payment for services renderedWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Hampshire I worked for an online magazine who pays on a monthly basis. The editor has posted every article that I have written and owes me a total of $3000.00. He is refusing to pay me he lives inTennessee and I live in NH and my question is: what recourse do I have? |

| You can sue in HIS county court (small claims would be best since amount is small, you will have to be present in TN for trial); you can sue in your federal district court; you can sue in his federal district court. You CANNOT sue in your county court. --dbernat32 |
