Nude pics

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

My husband and I replied to an ad on Craig's List in the "Casual Encounters" section, looking to spice up our relationship with a threesome with another woman...

We replied and chatted a bit on yahoo messenger and traded pics....I believe that it is really a man posing as a woman....

Is there any legal recourse in this case? Can I get them in trouble?

legally, you can stop speaking to this person. legally, you can block this person's yahoo messenger ID from contacting you.

You can claim whatever you want but it is not a criminal offense and you have no damages worthy of manking a civil trial out of this.
