What is the name of your state? Ohio

i understand that an online sportsbook is a violation of the wire wager act, but with the u.s. federal court ruling in feb 2001 in louisiana making the determination that casino games are neither sporting events or contests, wouldn't the operation of a online casino website be considered a form of advertising and promotion, since the actual gaming is taking place at a licensed casino, either in las vegas or offshore casino? i have considered these operations both in ohio and tennessee, and although the states try to discourage this, i have found nothing specifically applying to online gaming in the states laws.
