I have placed money in an offshore internet sportsbook account and have used it for over two years without problem. Now I am having difficulty getting my money out of this account. It have been over three months and I have incurred other financial burdens due to the casino not sending me my money. The owners are here in the US, but the Casino is located in Costa Rica. Do I have any legal recourse and if so would it be in the US or Costa Rica. What is the legal system in Costa Rica Could I go to the US Gaming commision for help. Could there be other damages that I could seek.
