What is the name of your state? Minnesota
We live in a mobile home park and one of the residents decided he was going to start a website for everyone in the community. He went around and took pictures of everyones homes and posted them on a website. It is the name of our mobile home park and I do not think he has permission from the owners of the park to use the name for his website. None of the home owners were given notice or asked permission for the pictures to go on the site and as an added bonus they have a comments section that any one can write anything they want about someone elses home. There are a lot of deragatory comments made about other peoples homes. We do not have any associated with our home. Is there anything we can do? People have complained the the site administrator because there are house numbers and license plate numbers from vehicles in the driveways in the pictures. I do not know if those have come off.
