Privacy Violation

Good morning.
Can I do something if i give my laptop to someone and he should format it before using it (as i asked and wrote) but he hacks my administrator password, log in with my credentials, search on my private data, pictures, documents, and download, read and erase my emails?
Of course I have all the necessary logs that proove his accesses to my pc (and time & date modification of the email files etc) during that days.

Thank you for the answer, Tomas.

You should do a full, secure format using a defense-grace process before giving your computer away.

In fact, I'd remove the hard drive before giving MY laptop away.

What legal damages have you suffered as a result of his activity on the machine that you willingly gave to him?
