question about online proofWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington Small question. Can you use proof on the internet? Like if someone found someone stealing online intangible goods, and they found a post of them bragging about it or something, will that hold? Because even if it says its you (maybe ur same username as elesewhere, or email) It could of been anyone? This has always made me wonder. Basically my question is, does what you say on forums and any evidence against something anyone did wrong, have any legal value? |
