    Spyware used on my personal computer

    What is the name of your state?arial blackWhat is the name of your state?California My husband put spyware on our home computer to spy on my e-mail without my knowledge. He confessed this to me as well as I saw the word spyware on the computer. Is this a felony?

    You stated that it is "our home computer" which means that he owns it just as much as you do, therefore he can add whatever kinds of programs he wants.

    I highly doubt that this is a felony.
