What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

If we or our contractors unintentionally use some cracked softwares during the movie production and finally it’s outputted by licensed softwares, does that result in copyright infringement? Is there any technical method of detecting what softwares are applied to the movies or whether the movie are made by official softwares?

I suggest you have an IP attorney on speed dial, Steve.

You are running into a lot of issues with your films and audio books. You need to investigate the uses of all material that is not original to you - or risk an infringement lawsuit. I recommend you invest in some good liability insurance.

Software is protected in the same way as all original and creative works are under the Copyright Act.
