Recently, while i was intoxicated, I posted results on a rowing website using someone else's name and email address. I did not have to agree to any terms or service or terms of use in order to post the results, and i fear that the individual whose name i used might want to take legal action against me. On what ground could he sue me? There was nothing slandering in the results i posted.

I would have to think the case would be dismissed as frivolous unless they could produce proof of actual damages.. and that's contingent on them KNOWING about it in the first place ;)
