Yahoo protecting identity of domain registrant

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

CA


An individual with whom I am in litigation with is the registrant of a domain that infringes on my trademark. The registrant has used the domain to post or allow to be posted altered images of myself engaged in a homosexual act among other things as part of an ongoing harassment.

I have tried to get the name of the registrant from Yahoo, however that individual has gone through a great deal of trouble to mask his identity. Yahoo has pulled the site due to violations of its terms of use.

Question: what methods are there available to me to get the name of the domain registrant?

Location: I don't know. The guys with the keys won't say. I think it's top secret info.
