As we are a small condo association (3 units) and the unit owner in question here has tried to pull fast ones on unit owners before I would like to ask. What should the 6D certificate contain? Is there somewhere I can obtain a copy? There are currently no monies owed but I am in charge of the finances so I'd like to be certain of what to do. This individual is selling not refinancing. Any advice?
