apple treeWhat is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Mn. I have lived in my condo for 25 years. There is a beautiful apple tree in the courtyard which I gaze at daily out my window. The board of directors has announced that this tree will be removed. The reason for the board's decision is that the tree drops too much fruit in the fall and the 20 or 30 minutes it takes to clean up the fallen fruit each week is too time consuming for the maintenance staff. The fact the apple tree is wonderful to look at and has been a important part of my and other residents landscape for years begs a question. Does the removal of thiis tree which may adversely affect the property value of my condo allow me to consider any legal action against the board? Grove |

My response: No, you have no rights to the tree. Simply, the tree isn't yours and isn't on your property; therefore, you have no legal "standing". Why don't YOU offer to maintain the tree? IAAL |

Talk to some condo unit owners and set up an adopt our apple tree program. Doesn't anyone like apple pie, apple cider, dried apples**************..... |

**A: do not be quick to judge. Crabapples make a fine fruity tartlike wine. It makes me even grouchier, especially the Crabby Ice Apple vintage years of 2001. Maybe they could market a new health drink called Crapple? |

**A: that's a very good idea. Be sure to tell the arborist that the orginal seed came from a tree in Asia grown on the grounds of a Mongolian temple. |

Think of the possibilities, punpkins grafted to an apple tree, what a mess if they fell to the ground! There were people on tobacco states who grafted tomatoes to tobacco plants yeilding hudge delicious tomatoes, which when eaten killed them due to nicotine poisioning, strange but true! ![]() |

alls I can say is too badIts too bad it wasn't an orange tree.. You could graft it to your Mimosa tree, Judge and we could add Champagne... we would all be enjoying yummy adult beverages right now. I will bring the tamales and the creme brulee.
