Back payments


What is the name of your state? Illinois
My codo has failed to bill me for parking, now they want all the back payments. I have lived here for 4 years. Is this legal. any advice would be appreciated

yes. didn't you notice you weren't paying the bill? or did you assume is was free all of a sudden?

I received a bill each month for my assessments which was not itimized and assumed it was in that.

I assumed it was in my assessment bill each month. this bill was not itimezed
