What is the name of your state? NJ
I own a condo at the Jersey shore. My unit overlooks the pool and I had a view of the boardwalk and ocean. Currently, the association is building a new pool which I am in favor of. Hwever, the new pool enclosure's roof does not slope like the previous roof and completely blocks any view of the boardwalk or ocean.
Do I have any recourse or am I entitled to any compensation? This impacts my view of the boardwalk, beach and ocean as well as the resale value of my unit
