Blue Green??

What is the name of your state? MI

My mom recently purchased a time share through blue green. Obviously now she doesn't want it. She called and called, with no response. Now they say she owes them for the "mortgage." I'm really not familiar with time shares, or these things, however, I do know I don't want it. lol

This has been less than a month ago. When she went in for it, they told her she could take a vacation at a certain time. Now they say she can't. She really was lied to, that's why she wants to cancell it. What is her recourse? What can she do?

sell it on timeshares.com for 80% loss

80% hit on it? No way!?! That's the only thing she can do? Even though they lied to her? Wow. Seems like there has to be more.
