| Board Members What is the name of your state?Michigan
Site condos. Private roads. When the board first took over from the developer 5yrs ago we decided we did not want to be a "policing board". Seemed to work for a while. Now the president will not accept complaints from "a sitting board member". As a board member I feel it is my obligation and right as a homeowner to "complain" about blatant violations such as dogs running free, ATVs running through the neighborhood, etc. I also feel that to look the other way is sending the wrong message about the board to homeowners. Am I being unreasonable? What is the appropriate course of action? What have others done in a similar situation? |
