calif timeshare

Our timeshare/resort has a lodge/bar that is part of our owners associationThe board of directors/& resort management hired a bar manager who discrimminates against the elder owners,harasses them verbally & is often drunk.The board of directors/& resort management refuse to hold this employee accountable for his behavior.They say it is a civil matter what do we do?

**A: simple, sue the board and management in civil court.
