Our homeowners association is governed by the original developer's homeowners agreement, now 10 years old. The agreement includes both single family homes and townhomes. How can we write a new homeowners agreement(s) that separates the single family homes from the townhomes so that single family home owners and townhouse owners can each set rules and policies independent of each other?
