co-op ocean view

I am a shareholder who bought shares in co-op for gorgeous view of ocean. 3 yrs later tree is covering view in front of my window. asked board for 2 yrs to trim tree and they yes,yes,'ed me repeatedly but nothing has been done. do I have any rights to this? NY state

What rights are listed in the CCRs?
