Why does a name addition to a co-op stock certificate require all financial details of the other person's life, including how much in banks, how much salary/bonuses/vacation time from work, credit card account numbers and their balances, the signature of bank managers and employers, among other things.
Our on-site manager is not very helpful, and both myself and the person I want to add are concerned by all this requested personal information.
Is this normal for cooperatives?
