Comm Association in Breach Of Fiduciary Duty

What is the name of your state? Georgia

We have a neighborhood association who we found out denies everyone else in the neighborhood different things, yet they allow themselves to break the covenants.

What legal remedies exist to deal with this?

**A: hire an attorney and sue the HOA to uphold covenant enforcement or lack thereof.
